Celebrating 75 years of Spook Spectacular in 2025!

Spook Spectacular (Spook for short) is a school-wide event with lots of Halloween fun including carnival games in the gym, a Sweet Shoppe with homemade baked goods, a HaUnTeD library, food trucks, and more!

The money raised from this event provides necessary resources for our school, including new computers, playground equipment, and additions and improvements to our outdoor Nature Classroom!

 

Spook runs entirely on volunteers and donations from our Wilder-Waite families and our community businesses. We would greatly appreciate your support with this year’s event. Plus, it’s a ton of fun for our Wildcats! 

 

If you are not already familiar with this event, here is a little recap of what to expect and ways to get involved:

• Date – Saturday, October 18th, 2025 from 11am - 2pm

• Games – We will need many volunteers to help run the games during the day of the event. Sign Up Genius links will be available soon to volunteer. 

• General Raffle – A large portion of the money raised comes from raffle ticket sales.

  • All students are asked to sell raffle tickets (with parental permission) for several weeks leading up to Spook and top selling students can earn a prize.

    • Parental Permission slips are sent home with students to be signed and returned.

  • The General Raffle provides an opportunity for ticket holders to win premium prizes such as Amazon gift cards, electronics, restaurant gift cards, and much more.

  • Winners DO NOT have to be present to win

  • Raffle tickets need to be turned in by Friday, October 17th.

• Food  –  We will have a local food trucks and other food available in the cafeteria.

• Pumpkin Decorating – Be prepared to see some very artistic and imaginative pumpkins! 

  • Students can display their creative side and decorate a pumpkin without carving.

  • Pumpkins should be brought to school on Wednesday, Oct. 15th or Thursday, Oct. 16th. 

  • Voting will take place on Friday, Oct. 17th.

• Sweet Shoppe - Where are our WW bakers?

  • Put your best sweets on display for our Wildcats during Spook.

  • All sweets must be individually wrapped for selling.
