We are already looking ahead to Spooktacular 2025!!

 

We continue the search for 2 key Spooktacular chair positions. Please see below for more information. We would love to fill these spots as soon as possible. 

 

You will have assistance in all of these roles!

• Co-Chairperson

  • Work alongside current Chairperson to learn how to coordinate the event -- you will have help with this position!

• Volunteer Coordinator

  • Set up volunteers for the event - includes reaching out to our local high school National Honor Society, previous WW students, local Cub Scout organizations, etc.

  • Facilitate SignUpGenius lists for various needs throughout the event.
